my tenure as club leader and have had lot of fun working with all of you
wonderful women. It has been my privilege to sit amongst and aside of
an intelligent and caring executive board who collectively have worked
to keep the direction and initiatives of our club on the right track.
Without their coaching, time investment and clear vision, I certainly
would not have had the correct tools handle this position. Please join
me in thanking our exiting exec board members for their time and energy...!!!
Please also continue to offer your support to the good women of the remaining
and incoming Executive Board --they represent you as our club general
members. Let them hear from you, by attending meetings, or by swinging
by an Executive Board session.
As we move into the 41st year of the BWC, I encourage you to get involved,
meet new friends and enable the club to continue its role as a visible
and reliable institution in our lovely town of Bolton. If you have yet
to join a committee, consider it!! It is the way to imprint your personal
style on the Club. Getting involved helps you to feel like you are a part
of something valuable.
I have many fond memories of my experiences with the Bolton Women's Club.....experiences
that I would not have enjoyed if I had not gotten involved. Please consider
the Club as your resource for new friends, interesting activities and
investment in yourself.
Continue to help the Club evolve as an organization that is reflective
of the interests of its members by engaging and helping to drive the future
of our organization. Each and every member has a valuable perspective,
and the Club needs to hear it!!
