Toast Our Town

a fundraiser for Herrick Park Playground

The final countdown has begun for Toast Our Town!  March 6th is just a few days away - it is time to buy your tickets and reserve your seat.  Though you really won't be needing a seat as you will be too busy dancing to sit down!  Please let us know ASAP if you still need tickets for the event.  Georgina's requires a head count a few days prior to the event so TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
 
There have been more than120tickets sold for the party so a fun night is pretty much guaranteed.  However, the event is not sold out - there is plenty of time for you to change your calendar and join us.  The night is always great fun.  We have received many donations from businesses, near and far.  Some of the donated items will be incorporated into the silent auction, if you like the competitive aspect of an auction.  Or if you prefer the anticipation of a guaranteed prize, you can purchase a balloon chance for one of the other donated items.  There will be something fun for everyone at Toast Our Town!
 
A sign-up sheet for volunteers has been sent out to members via e-mail.  Please let us know if you would be willing to assist us the night of the event for an hour or so.  We would love to have your help!
 
Toast Our Town is all about celebrating Bolton and focusing on the friends and community spirit that makes Bolton such a great place to live and raise our families.  100% of the proceeds from the evening are going toward the club's long-term project, the rejuvenation of Herrick Park playground - a place we all enjoy.  Please join us on March 6th at Georgina's - we look forward to seeing you on the dance floor!
