Membership Social to be held Thurs, August 21

It is almost time for our annual Membership Social. This is a fun evening for members to gather simply to socialize and to introduce ourselves and our club to friends that may be interested in BWC membership. Current members are asked to bring an appetizer or dessert to share, but if that seems too much for the day, then please come anyway! RSVP here if you can to membership chairs, Sue Monroe or Donna Fisher. Any members that would like to have an invitation sent to someone that may be interested in the club should contact Sue or Donna asap.

Long-term Herrick Park Playground Project

The BWC’s Long-Term Project, Herrick Park Playground, now has a committee! A huge thank you goes out to the ladies who have signed on for the project! The members of the Herrick Park Playground Committee are Elisa Bartlett, Betty Bolden, Val Connolly, Susan Erwin, Sally Fritsche, Kristen Kenney, Lani Kerr, Ginger Sciarra and Sue Vining. We will be gathering information over the summer to share with the club when we reconvene in the fall. If you have suggestions for the project, please don’t hold back. Feel free to contact any member of the committee with ideas, thoughts, questions etc. Hope everyone has a wonderful summer!!
